Whether you’re seeking hormone therapy, wellness coaching, or functional medicine, we’ll guide you in the right direction to begin your journey with us.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure we provide the best possible service, we ask for adherence to our cancellation policy: 1. Cancellation Notice Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without prior notice may incur a fee equal to the cost of the scheduled appointment. 2. No-Show Policy If you miss your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. 3. Rescheduling We are happy to reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice. However, rescheduling is subject to availability. 4. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session may be shortened. Full payment is still required. Confidentiality We adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect your privacy. All information provided to us will be kept confidential unless otherwise required by law or for treatment purposes. This includes telemedicine consultations, where we will ensure the security of your data.
